    What are some good alternatives to carrots? They can give me a stomach ache, (possibly allergies?) But I know they have a lot of important health benefits and are great for your eye sight. Maybe a combination of some other vegetables or even fruit?

    I'm lactose intollerant, and I'm glad. I don't personally rhink every person needs lactose to be healthy.

    I'm also intolerant to coconut, though.

    My favorite food would definitely be pot roast. However, the gravy and mashed potatoes that I like with it probably aren't healthy.

    I've enjoyed all of your videos. It's hard to fully put everything into practice. Life is stressful, and people tend to recoil, and bounce back to old habits when the sky is falling.

    You're doing a wonderful job with these videos. I don't think you speak slow, or anything negative like that. Those are just nay-sayers, who don't make their own videos, and overly critical of everything but themselves.
