do you track macros?…that was a ridiculously large portion of rice for a lunch meal.

What's that dessert at the end? I would love to be able to eat better but, unlike you, I'm the kind of person who loves sweets so my hang up has always been that. I don't want to not be able to eat chocolate and at least frozen yogurt.

Although, with stuff like fro yo and most foods that aren't extremely processed the portion for me doesn't really matter. It's about what it is

A lot of the HCLF crew say to keep salt and sodium very low, but I'm much more of a salt person than sweet, so it's difficult for me to not use salt when I cook. I notice that you use spices, so I'm curious if you use salt and what your sodium intake is.

I don't work out at all, like nothing. How much food should I eat in a day to lose weight?

there is absolutely no way I could eat such volume of food just for breakfast. Honestly, that would be enough for me for the whole day almost.

I'm a new vegan and thanks to your informative, well researched, and honest videos, I have completely avoided the mistake of carb-smashing and the resulting weight gain, not to mention the associated health problems. Thanks for sharing truth!

Thank god for people like you and Freelee, who teach viewers to eat enough. I've watched too many youtube gurus "What I eat in a day" and they eat probably a third of what I would naturally eat. So I felt pressure to eat that little too. It all led me to binge eating disorder.

I find it so hard to be vegan, because I'm a very picky eater. Don't like vegetables and I don't like rice, this all looked horrible to be. I also don't like all fruits (watermelons, bananas and blueberries for instance), don't like all bread (especially the super whole grains ones), don't like spices, hate onions etc etc. I basically eat smoothies and bread with jam or something. And sometimes I cook some potatoes, fries or spaghetti.
