    Thank you for another strength training workout!  Daniel, could please put in the weight amounts you used for each exercise in the comments?  I'm pretty close to your size so I use your weight choices as a guide the first few times I do these types of workouts.

    hi…I have been following u for quite some time and u have done a fabulous job…just one think whenever I do the exercises after some time I feel a sharp pain in the neck… anything I can do to counter it.

    I would love to see a "what we eat in a day" video, I feel like it would give me an idea of what I should I eat and how much.
    I'm currently trying to eat more, after eating up to 1,000 calories a day, but it's really hard :/

    YES, A TABATA STYLE UPPER BODY STRENGTH workout!! Im always looking for a timed interval structure for strength training because counting reps gets tedious for me. Im so glad you uploaded this!! Thank you <3
