    This one is great to tack on after a bout of cardio of some sort, especially as there is no warm up. I did 'At Home Cardio Workout to Burn Fat and Tone' and then moved on to this one. Now I feel like I got in a great workout today, even while giving my poor sore lower body a rest after a brutal strength session yesterday. Now my shoulders are sore to match (the good kind of sore, of course).

    Absolutely love this workout, definitely a new favourite! Really like the alternating arms, introduces a new challenge to otherwise "boring" moves I've done hundreds of times. Thanks guys, feeling nice and sore :D

    I was amazed at what a difference it made alternating the weights – definitely made the exercises a lot more difficult.

    Hi guys,

    I need your help. I want to loose weight this year. My problem areas are my belly/waste… I have a bit of muffintop. You guys have alot of great videos and I've narrowed down some videos that i think might help. Could you please give some advice on which exercise videos I should use for my workout routine?
