    is it normal that I didn't feel any "burns"? sometimes yes, especially during the single leg raise, but I usually just felt my muscle tense and not burn.. is it normal?

    This is killer!! I immediately felt it after the workout and today is the next morning and I'm still feeling it lol. Definitely going to do this again!! :)

    Loved this workout. Will definitely be a part of my rotation. Only problem I have are lunges in general. It seems to hurt my knees for some reason even without weights. My bf noticed I tend to get pigeon-toed on one of my legs when I attempt to do them.

    Wasnt in the mood doing 5 days challenge like I usually do. I thought I would just do this instead. Omg this is brutal! Hope I don't get too sore tmw! I do really like all the no-repeat workout routines. It's awesome. I don't get bored. :D

    i love this style of workout! the format's amazing, and it feels super beneficial doing reps of different versions of the same exercise. to target every angle without the monotony of doing endless reps of the same exercise again and again. still I love all your workouts, and think you guys are amazing! Although i truly believe this style of workout will be a great addition to your already amazing videos!!!

    I loved that there was a little predictability with the format (I knew it would be squat, deadlift, lunge, plyo, pilates, leg lift – all in some form) but that no moves were exactly repeated. So, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel without dreading a particular move. Great one!

    Doing this again for the second time and I gotta admit that it is much more difficult. I think it's because I was watching a movie while doing the workout in my first trial which I probably was paying attention. But this time I was focusing and didnt pause. It was great! Please make more of these.

    quick question do I have to do these workouts over and over again because I do 3 different types of 1000kcal workout then some of the other workouts yall have because I get bored or just don't feel sore the next day
