    I don't have heavy weights, it's kind of expensive to buy a set of weights. It will it still work even though i dont have heavy weight???

    please please make more like this! So much better for maintenance – the fallout from 'leg day' puts me off doing HIIT and cardio for 2-3 days after, whereas doing this means that the DOMS isn't so intense, so I'm far more likely to earn my 5 workout completes every week =)

    Thanks Kelly and Daniel for these workouts. Kelly – the Clean N Press – does this work just about every muscle in the body, especially the obliques/love handles?? I've been doing this video just about everyday, I feel great afterwards.

    I love dead lifts. l loooove strength training BTW is that for toning ur arms and butt and thighs or do I have to do workout for that sepratly

    I LOVE STRENGTH TRAINING BECAUSE IT DOESN'T INVOLVE JUMPING. Don't get me wrong I love jumping but I live upstairs and neighbours downstairs can hear everything.. :(

    I did this and could not walk for two days. Climbing the stairs almost killed me. Does this mean that I didnt stretch properly? Or should I be stretching as long as it hurts?
