This video routine includes the following:
– Hollow man
– V sit
– Pilates stomach series of 5: Single leg stretch, Double leg stretch, Single straight leg stretch, double straight leg stretch, criss cross.
– Bridge and Hip Work Series (leg lifts, butt work, hip circles)
– Plank with a twist
– Lower Back / Swimming
– Childs pose
The sequence is suitable for all levels and is great if you are looking for exercise using your body as resistance. You can complete this workout at home, while traveling, at the gym, or outside. There are a LOT of great ab and core moves in this video! Let me know if you feel the burn! Feel free to repeat this video more than once for a longer pilates inspired total body workout.
