Why is this workout longer, but the calorie output is nearly the same as the 26 min version? This is way harder with less rest as well, it's a great workout though, I was just wondering is all.

Good workout. How full do you have your sandbag filled? Looks like its empty enough to still be malleable. Mine has two long bags inside the big bag that I had really densely packed, and it was difficult to get over my shoulder. I just emptied it a bit, and it still seems too full. How densely should I pack mine?

I guess one could use a weighted back pack for this too?

Oh, where did you get the sandbag from, btw? I would like to get it once I build up. Thanks

I did this with a laundry bag full of heavy clothes. Just the movements alone is a workout! Thanks!

Thank you for sharing these "equipment free" workouts! As a college student, I don't always find the time to travel to the gym and back especially when I am on a time crunch. I literally grabbed my backpack, stuffed my textbooks in it and got started. I cracked up along the way because Daniel was disclosing the exact pain or discomfort that I was feeling. Just to hear him call it out as we went made each workout that much harder to execute (due to all the laughter) but his charismatic approach made this workout worthwhile. I've officially got my go-to workout buddy! Many thanks, again, guys. This means a lot–Greatly appreciate it!

Thanks so much for the inspiration  workout videos. I have never  been a big fan of working out until I came across your videos. I'm still not a big workout person but I do look forward to working out with you guys. I just love the calorie counter in your videos. Great job to you guys for getting this big butt off the couch.
