    After the second round I thought it was almost done but then I see there was a third round 😮 But finished the workout and now ready to start the day! (those butt kicker hops though were really butt kickers!)

    OMG THIS WORKOUT KILLS ME EVERYTIME, BUT LOVE HOW EACH TIME I GET THAT LITTLE BIT FASTER AND GO FOR A LITTLE BIT LONGER! you guys are great have been doing your youtube workouts for a month now and i'm feeling and looking great!

    Rocket Squats to the butt kicker hops are killer, but that's what I love about them. They know how far to push the workout, but only if we are willing to push a little harder than normal are we successful.

    Of all the FB workouts I've tried , this was by far the hardest! ! But it was so gratifying because I was soaked with sweat and felt hyped up!

    This is week 4 of me doing the fitness blender workouts!! First week I just chose by random videos to do, week 2 I did the 5 day workout challenge for busy people the 20-30 min vids, then week 3 I did the next 5 day workout challenge the 40-50 min vid and now today is day 1 of week 4 and this one was by far the hardest!! I'm eating super clean and although I've only lost 3 pounds that doesn't matter at all (I'm 4 foot 10 and now 151lbs) I feel so much stronger. More motivated everyday to get up and press play on that video. Thank you fitness blender!!!!

    With all that said though I would much rather keep repeating your workout challenge videos. I prefer seeing and hearing both of you during the routines, the motivation you give to each other and your viewers is what makes me want to join in. So please make more workout challenges. I love the warm ups and cool down and stretches included in each vid. Thanks again

    yay I just completed the whole workout, so proud!
    It was hard but I told myself as I was getting tired that if I stopped I would lose lol and I could finish it 🙂

    Great workout!! It's challenging in your already fit but not overwhelming. I feel good after doing it once and will be doing it again.

    I have done a lot of FB workouts, but this was the hardest. Harder than HIIT, harder than the ones that say "brutal"- I am DEAD. what the what??
