Dr. Berg, To cut the paper round, simply turn the pan upside down on the paper, take a pencil trace all around the pan and then cut it out, now you have a round paper liner.

I love reading the comments below. Reminds me of the story about the blind man and the elephant. Everyone below takes a small portion of the whole, as spun by some "expert" who tailors his presentation based on his own small focus, and ends up getting the big picture entirely incorrect. I guess that's why it's important to do a large amount of reading on many aspects of the issue so that you can synthesize a more accurate conclusion of your own. Taking in many thoughts and ideas lets you weed through the near-sighted conclusions promoted by 'researchers' who went into their investigation with a fore-ordained conclusion in mind and who entirely missed the forest for the trees. (Ancel Keys, for one, comes to mind quite readily).

Science is the continuing evolution of our knowledge as new facts are learned. Only mythology stays stuck in it's original formulation. And it's very hard to tear some people away from the feel-good myths and legends they believe in, even when confronted by newly acquired facts which should put those myths and legends to pasture, once and for all.

Made this last night….crust turned out perfect. However, we added a few spices to the crust including garlic powder, oregano, parsley and a LITTLE crushed red pepper. It was delicious!

It's cringe-worthy to scroll down to the comments on low carb YouTube videos. So sick of all the bellyaching vegans.

Dr. Berg I tried your recipe and my husband and I loved it. The only thing that bothered us was so much cheese and eggs, we usually eat egg beaters and we watch our sodium, dr's orders. I would love too have this pizza again but I feel better if I used my egg beaters and 1cup of cheese, what do you think about that?

Thank you Dr. Berg.  I had seen other recipes for pizza with a cauliflower crust and they all said that you have to squeeze the moisture out of the cauliflower, I am so glad that you showed that it is not necessary.  Can't wait to try this.

You did wash your hands. But you forgot to remove the ring. No end to the amount of bacteria, that can sit under a ring. I tried the recipe bye the way, and it was delicious. So thank you.

Hmmmm… I wouldn't label this pizza "The Healthiest Pizza in the World" because I've seen lots of healthier options but okaaaaaaayy… whatever makes you happy dude. Just don't bullshit people.
Also, eating as much as you want is NOT a good idea either. That's a lot of cheese :S

You should try using a small amount of spelt flower with this recipe. My girlfriend makes a similar pizza crust but she found that the small amount of spelt flower really helps make the crust better. I can't tell you how it tastes because I do not eat red meat or dairy products.

You can turn the plate upside down on the parchment paper, trace around the base with a pencil & then cut it out
