    Hey, fitness blender. I tried this routine today and it definitely got me sweating but when I did side lunges with weights, my back started to hurt by the third time really bad. Is it my form?

    OMG that horrible minutes on my forearms when breathing felt like swallowing sea water… I thought I was crying until I realized it was sweat.

    I was looking for a different leg day routine to change things up and this was perfect. Thank you for building in the cardio as well! It's difficult to find workouts that have both strength training and cardio in them at the same time. I'm about to go take a nice, hot shower to relax my muscles. #workoutcomplete

    This is now my glutton for punishment video. Spot reduction is impossible as you have mentioned, but my butt and thighs are my trouble spots as far as body fat goes, so it's really nice to feel the burn in this one. Day #19 in FBFit, loving the program. Thanks Kelli and Daniel. :)

    Wow…. I haven't done this one for quie some months…. in the first pilates pulses my legs gave out. I could not finish the burnout keeping proper form. Ouch!! I feel like a bunch of jello walking up the stairs.

    This is my favorite leg workout because it's super brutal! You feel like dying while doing it, but the feeling after finishing is the best. 😀 But walking is kinda hard the next day… You turn into a penguin. ;)

    I cannot go all the way down without lifting my heels when I try to do ski squat. Can it be dangerous somehow if I do it anyway?

    Thanks to your FREE 'Strong+Lean' 5 day challenge last week (which I made it through, all 5 days in a row), I finally had the guts to take this on. In the past, I had some mental block that I 'couldn't' do your longer Blend videos. I think it was the HIIT portions on top of the other styles that scared me away. But after surviving last week in one piece (and feeling tired but terrific after it), I decided to tackle this level 5 blend today! It was fantastic, though I'm conflicted about the HIIT after the strength portion. Great to really nail the strength, which I can't push as hard after a bout of HIIT, but then the HIIT was, ah, shall we say, not my best? But I got it done, and understand the benefit of mixing it up sometimes. I'm looking forward to more of your Blends in the future and think they will find their way permanently into my workout schedule a few days a week.

    I havent worked my legs in a week. I've been standing alot due to my job and had to stand 5 1/2 hrs today nonstop. After the strength training round, I couldn't even do a simple low impact lunge. OH MY GOD MY LEGSSSSS. I wanted to do the hiit but my legs just couldn';t do it, they started to burn/sting some and I just know my legs are like, "fuck you we're done."

    Fantastic workout, you are the very very best, didn't look as tough but it was with ankle weights on for the pilates section, thank you thank you thank you!!!!! your channel is the best fitness channel, you must be so proud.

    Figure I'd give this one a try since I've mostly stuck with level 4 difficulty workouts. This workout had me sweating vigorously until the end. At first I didn't think I worked hard enough because by the end of the day I didn't feel sore, I felt "normal" like I hadn't worked out that day. Well, this morning I wake up and I can't believe how sore my lower body is. Even sitting down is a challenge!
