    Day 2 ab workout. I decided to add this in to the abdominal and oblique exercise. This really sucks my bones are aching. But I must fight through!

    Very helpful exercise for light cardio and for loosing belly fat. I tried sit ups and its very hard to maintain because I find it very tiring. I follow this exercise immediately after 10mins jogging in a 3 storey stairs. 1 in the morning, 1 at night i'm on day5 now. 🙂 🙂 :-)

    That presenter has such a dull voice and the lack of music wasn't helping. If you have neck and shoulder issues like I do I really wouldn't recommend this workout. I was hoping this would be a good alternative to standard ab exercises, which I cannot do due to aforementioned neck issue but alas, no such luck.

    i need help. i have belly fat but not a lot, and after i get rid of it i want to tone my abs. so im going to eat clean, so what excercises should i do to get rid of the belly fat?

    I way about 160 lbs and Im 5'11" But the issue is that I have love handles and belly fat.. I was told 150-160 is okay for my height but I look chubby when I take my shirt off. Is it because I dont have toned muscles under the skin so therefore I look chunky? Im starting cardio workouts aswell. Running about 20-30minutes a day.
