    looks like a great workout, i may try it later 🙂

    i do have a question though.. i've been doing lower body workouts for awhile now, and I am getting to the point where I can add weight. i know a barbell is probably better than dumbbells for adding muscle but will i still get good results if i use regular dumbbells?

    I do a HIIT for a total of 1 hour and a half a day, is it good or bad thing ?

    There is a little mistake in the beginning of the video: it says Warm up/Cool down – None, but there is a cool down. :)

    Also you shouldn't make jokes during training, as soon as you said 'We should call these duck deadlifts' I nearly dropped the dumbbells on my toes lol

    Am I the only one who gets so excited about a new FB workout that click on the link immediately and watch the whole workout all the way through before actually doing it? (also it never hurts to be prepared lol) Anyway…. I've been WAITING for a workout like this (a LB workout focusing on deadlifts & squats) so I cannot wait to try it out!     dear Kelli, is there an alternative for this "up" grip in squats? When I hold dumbells at the height of my arms, I cant keep my back straight. Can I hold them differentely?
