    I found this more difficult than both of the spartan 500 workouts, which are both in level 5 but this one is in level 4

    I'm 17 years old and I'm trying to increase my cardio. I'm trying to increase my cardio in order to pass an IST. I'm in the process of becoming a US Marine, ship date is September 6th 2016. Need to do 1.5 miles in under 12 min and as of now its just not possible for me. Will this honestly help? Had a IST yesterday and my time was 14 min flat but, I was breathing really heavily. Yes I'm a bigger guy, I weight 220 lbs and am 6'1" tall. Yes I know I need to cut weigh, also in the process of doing that. Would greatly appreciate any advice and feedback you guys/gals may have.

    can people pliz state their speed results after doing this training for say at least 3 months min? wat your initial speed waz n speed after 3 months at least! i min dis for 100m dash or less is ok!

    I never know when I should do which workout. I play soccer. I like the normal hiit/tabata dumbbell workouts. but lifting more heavy is also something I want to do (with the side effect that these don't have the endurance effect).
    And what do I do with this 15min workout?
