In this episode, Stephanie joins us for a great firming and toning exercise. This is one of her favorites to firm up and tone. She’s gotten in killer shape by doing workouts like these, and I’m excited to be sharing them with you!
This workout consists of:
Towel rows to work back, 4 second push ups to work chest, triceps and shoulders and finally jumping knee tucks to work core and lower body.
Here’s how to do it:
Towel Rows — 10 Reps: Hold a towel in shoulder width. Slight bend at the knees. Keep your back straight. Maintain the towel tight while bringing it straight back to your chest.Make sure to keep the towel tight as you return it to the starting position.
4 Second Push ups — 10 Reps: push up with a 4 count down back up and repeat
JUMPING KNEE TUCKS: Jump in the air as high as you can, and tuck your knees into your chest. Simple, yet brutal 😉
