This workout was truly challenging for a beginner like myself but the fact that it is only 14 minutes long is awesome! I got a great workout in a little amount of time!

If your knees can't handle the impact, a mini trampoline might be a good option for you but get your doctor's approval first.

Hi could you use a rebounder or mini trampoline in place of the jump rope if the knees are sensitive or would you not recommend them? Thanks

It's not really abnormal that you are still sore – remember, you did squats & some other challenging toning moves as well. Give it another 24-48 hours before you feel alarmed. As for recommended workouts, the best thing you can do is mix & match them to keep your muscles guessing. We are currently developing an 8 week fat loss program using out videos, you would probably really like that. Watch for it!

First off, I would like to say, thank you for your videos. I see working out in a totally different light now.

I did this work out two days ago and my thighs are still in pain. Is this normal? My normal routine is go for a one hour walk twice a week and I jump rope whenever I can during these walks, but I've never felt this kind of pain from doing 200 reps of jump roping days after.

Also could you recommend exercises for someone who had a baby six months ago, still with big belle and thighs?

Jump ropes are a blast! I'm trying to get my siblings and friends to jump (pun intended) on board. And I really enjoyed this workout…a 14 minute workout (not including my warm up) was perfect for me on my rest day…thanks for the routine!

Congrats on the firefighter training, that's an important job. This workout will definitely help – I would recommend that you check out our other cardio HIIT workouts as well, as they are known for quickly increasing cardiovascular thresholds.
