    #workoutcomplete I love the variety of workouts! Never disappointed. Plus I don't feel guilty about having to modify due to terrible knees. Instead of split jumps, I do a boxer shuffle or 'step out' jumping jacks. I like that I'm encouraged to push my own personal limits but never to the point of true pain, discomfort maybe, pain? No. Thank you for your dedication.

    Love this combo workout. Pilates is great as a body weight workout. Would love to see more of these types of workouts from you guys.
