Join Caroline Jordan for this free 12 Minute Abs and arms Workout. This strength series focuses on strengthening and toning your obliques and arms. This workout can be used by itself or you can use it in addition to another routine to get some extra abdominal and arm work. In this video Caroline leads you through the BEST exercises for building a lean, ripped, and toned set of abs and arms. Challenge yourself with this series of planks, pushups, russian twists, and crunches. This workout doesnt require any equipment and is perfect for at home or traveling workouts. Combined with a healthy diet and cardiovascular exercise, this video will help you get rid of your love handles, look great, and feel confident.
Using this routine by itself:
If you are only doing this routine, I suggest doing it two to three times through for a longer and more challenging arm and ab workout. To get more muscle definition out of this workout, you also need to incorporate a reduced calorie diet and more physical activity to get rid of any excess fat content that may be covering your midsection.
