My Weight Loss Regimen + Products I Loved During My “Lose My Muffin Top” Challenge



Hi Guys! Here’s the 30 day reggie I followed to lose my muffin top and some products I loved. This is just what helped and worked for me. I’m not endorsing or recommending that you follow this plan since it may not be healthy or effective for you.

    Thank you! I am JUST like you as far as being from Albany, GA, loving foods, and wanting to be healthy at my own pace in my own way. Finally, the foods I would love to eat that will help me lose weight from 3 children. So, thank you for letting us go on you with your journey.

    I just started watching your channel and I can't get enough of your recipes, my husband loves southern meals and he teases me and says, did his mom come over and cook lol. So your recipes are the bomb and I enjoy watching you, plus you are so funny. I enjoy cooking again thanks to you!

    If I had the time and the knowledge to make all of those foods then weight loss would be easy for me. All those foods you showed looks good and I definitely could survive off of those for a lifetime.

    Where did u get your recipes from. I am ready to start losing weight but knowing what to eat is one of my biggest problems. what is some things that kept u motivated? That's another weakness also.

    Omg I would love to be friends with you, you're hilarious, and this is so inspiring. I've went from a size 3 to a size 15 in three years. I'm so embarrassed of myself. Ever since I've started cooking I've gotten better because I make my own meals and control what goes in it rather than my family who deep frys everything. I've just started a major lifestyle change and I've lost 6 pounds. It may not seem like much but I'm proud of it. Thanks for some inspiration. 🙂

    Im starting on my work out challenge it is 2/13/2013 the day be fore v day m giving my self 2mths to lose the gut an lift the butt. I live in ga an u no sweet tea is one of the biggest things us southerners have to have. what does the nutella taste like is it really sweet
