Max Calorie Burn Workout

Max Calorie Burn Workout

1 weird trick to lose fat:
http://sixpackshortcuts.com/rd4H

In this workout, Stephanie and I will show you a simple, but brutal home workout. This workout will burn a ton of calories in minimum time. It’s a great workout that requires no gym equipments, takes only a few minutes and is designed for men and women.

Here’s the video breakdown:

THE SHUFFLE – 10 REPS: Touch the ground with one hand, similar to a football player’s stance. Switch your feet so that the one that was in back is now in front, and switch the hand that’s touching the ground.

Do this five times then do a burpee. This equals 1 rep of the shuffle, repeat the whole thing 10 times for 1 set.

CLOSE GRIP PUSHUPS – 10 REPS: Like a regular pushup, but put your hands about 6 inches apart. Focus on contracting your triceps during the exercise, and keeping your body in a straight plank to maximize the resistance.

Do both exercises 4 times to complete the whole exercise. We just demonstrated one round, but if you want to really get maximum calorie burning out of this do all four.

I designed this workout to be intense and to burn calories as fast as possible. If you’re crunched for time but you still want to get a good fat loss workout in, try this one out. Don’t worry if it’s hard to start with, it’s supposed to be. Your conditioning will build up fast, and before you know it you’ll be able to do the entire workout with less difficulties.

I calculated that this workout will burn approximately 500-800 calories for me. The calories that you personally burn might not be the same if you are a smaller person, or if you do the workout at a slower pace than I do. I also included in that number the amount of calories I calculated this workout would burn through EPOC (the Afterburn Effect), and the amount of calories it would burn in the long term through increasing my resting metabolic rate.

Again though, calories burned through workouts vary from person to person, so this workout may not burn exactly 500 calories for you. But for sure it’s one of the most time-efficient ways to burn calories I know of, and you’ll be burning a lot of calories in just a few minutes.

And if you want to lose your stubborn belly fat FAST, watch this video now:

I have a really fast metabolism. I ate about 3,000 calories before i went on the treadmill. I lost 5 pounds just off doing 1 mile on the treadmill. I could lose 30 lbs in 4 days easy.

Sorry, but your 500 – 800 kcal is way off. I would guess that each round burns no more than perhaps 10 kcal. So 40 kcal in total for your four rounds.

Using simple Newtons laws it's probably comparable to walking on stairs. Note that being exhausted is a very bad indicator for kcalory burn. An example is pushups where you get exhausted even though you burn just 4-8 kcal / minute. You get exhausted because you use small muscle.

I did Mike Chang's workout only because I ate 4 toast with creme cheese, only one with butter and 3 chocolate chip cookies. Together made 890 calories, so I got to do another one. I'm 15, but I don't burn calories fast.

Back in the 70's,when i served in the Marine Corps, they used the same thing just to punish us.But with simple things,,jumping jacks(2 or 3) push ups(2 or 3)then situps(same)in place run fast(may be 2 or 3 seconds) mount climbers(3 or 4 seconds) and then start all over again,,now,,,that was with the DI on top yelling his lungs out and you have to do it as fast as he can tell you what to do for as long as he wanted..some times for minutes at a time.I know this is more efective,,it has to be..because it worked, back then and it was way more primitive than this.(USMC 1978-82)

High Intensity! This will kick your butt!
I figure if I count each round as 100 calories each,
then I can guestimate the calories burned at the low end.
I am a little person, under 5" tall!
If I burn more, great. It is best to underestimate than overestimate.
All that really matters is how ya look in those blue jeans!

I agree that these workouts are great and yes they help raise ur testosterone and HGH levels. But u need more cardio to open up your lungs and not be so beat like u are in all ur films. Ur workouts are great but if you implement ur 20-30 min routines with cardio afterwards and or strength training after you raise your HGH levels then u should get swollen quicker and still burn the fat and still raise ur muscle mass plus have better endurance. Thats what I'm gonna do.
