    Great workout! I heard calories screaming as I flooded my living room floor with sweat!
    Time to get a carpet cleaner! well worth it when you feel muscles you never knew existed getting a great workout!

    This one gets me every time! Exercises are fairly simple; there are no burpees, mountain climbers, etc. They are very focused on the lower body, especially quads. After doing 8 rounds of each of these, you'll be a hot mess with Jell-O legs. Most important thing is keep your weight in your heels on all the squat-related exercises. My body really wanted to start bending over to get relief from the squatting.

    Hey daniel and kelly and other people! So I've lost about 12 kgs, that must be 24-25 pounds but all of it has come from my waist and other areas but my legs have remained the same. They are quite fat and I hate them. Inspite of doing lower body exercises, I am not losing my thigh fat. Please help!

    I started this without a bra on and it was a terrible mistake. I had to stop jogging to put one on.

    I am drenched in sweat and my legs are Jell-O. The lunge pulses were the toughest, especially since all 4 sets were on one leg at a time. Jack squats made for a solid finish. This workout is a good one to revive and post on your Facebook Page!

    What is the difference between tabata, HIIT and interval cardio training? Are they all similar? For someone who wants to lose weight easier/faster which one is better?

    i have a question, basically whenever i exercise my legs i use free weights, but if my leg workout was all body weight, would i still build muscle and tone my legs? hope to get a reply asap x

    My legs feel like SPAGHETTI! Lol had to pause for about 30 seconds for a rest. Great workout though, challenging and fun.

    Dear FitnessBlender,
    I love your videos but all your videos compromises of standing followed by floor and standing exercises. Its not ideal with people who has postural hypotension, You should have all standing exercises than followed by all floor exercises.

    Day1: I feel the burn all right. I was sweating only a few minutes in. My legs were shaking only a few exercises into it, but I kept going. By Round 2 I was exhausted, I managed through the first exercise though. Thanks for this, I'll be coming back to do more.

    i used to be able to do these long workouts easily, i stopped working out and started eating unhealthy for a month, now im trying to be healthy again and wow this workout kicks my butt! i am only able to it by breaking the rounds apart bcos i cannot finish the whole thing right away anymore thanks fitness blender! :)
