    This is a great workout. Can be done by someone is 5 1/2 months pregnant!! Keep them coming. I pick new ones weekly.

    So I really need a workout for days when I want moderate intensity. So not as hard as a full hiit and not as easy as a low impact. Any suggestions? New video?

    +FitnessBlender I seemed to have plateaued with the lower body strength training workouts, even though I varied them and do Legs 2x a week and lifting heavier — THIS workout made me sore again (aw yissss) esp in the booty — I think the weighted inner thigh workout was a GREAT addition, thank you!! And thank you for a mass building, 3 sets, low reps high weight vid.

    amazing i do the whole serie "upper body" 4 videos a week since i workout , on tuesday i was only doing two vids for abs ! Guess im gonna mixed it up! now i will have lower body in my arsenal weeee ! i always do a strength session with abs session, is it good? its approx 1h total everyday, i use saturday to do the yoga and refresh for my flexibility and some foam roller. sunday off every time :)
