I have a question I'm new to working out..This video is long what time should one do if it's their first time?Is finishing round 2 okay for first week or so?Also about how many times a week should one do cardio.I thought everyday is not good because you should give your muscles time to recover?Tks for your response in advance..

Phew! I just completed this (Except for shutter steps, they really hurt my feet, but I did as many as I could!) and I jsut want to say thanks! I love going to the gym and lifting weights, but I wanted something a bit different today. I'm pretty overweight and my cardio is terrible, but I found this easy, yet I'm sweating and breathing like I would of if I was lifting weights! Thanks for posting these videos for free!

I love your programs. I've been working out since October of 2015 and today I'm 46lbs lighter. I'm still getting up every morning and turning on YouTube and doing your routines. I still have more to go but I'm definitely motivated by your routines. keep doing what you do

Been doing this for two days. Yesterday I only did one round. Today I made it to two rounds (almost died) but I'm going to keep at it this week and hopefully getting through round two will get easier so that I can move onto doing round 3 as well 🙂 i do this video with a jumping jack video (tougher than it sounds) each day.

I am a 42 year old man, I thought I'd be able to handle this beginners session. NOT a chance. Almost made it through the second cycle, but had to stop.I will continue.

Two years ago my adrenals finally started to go out on me and after going to several doctors who only misdiagnosed me, I found Dr. Michael Lam on line. I wanted to get back into exercising but was told not to jump right in and to go easy. I find the low impact and beginners HIIT are beneficial for my condition. There are nutritional deficiencies that go along with having this condition. Having improved my diet and getting back into exercising, I find that the beginners and low impact exercises give me a good workout without feeling burnt out after doing a complete session. I love tax time and I'm going to have to try your meals; they look scrumptous !! Thank you Kelly and Daniel : )

I'm 56 and have gained so much weight my joints are aching. This is my first day and I almost made it through round one. My heart is beating out of my chest. I knew I was in bad shape but didn't realize it was this bad. I can do this, I refuse to give up.

I've been bedridden, for two years and went from 170 to 209 pounds. I turn 50 this Summer and decided that I'm not going to live out the rest of my life laid up in bed. I was browsing through Youtube and saw this video. I decided to get up and give it a try. I was sweating buckets and out of breath almost immediately but I pushed on and got through one round,, although I did have to make several modifications. I was left heaving for air but totally invigorated. It has been three weeks now and I've gotten to where this one is not too hard anymore and I can do all three rounds with weights. (The Stutter Squats are tough though). I'm also doing other Low Impact Beginner workouts from Fitness Blender and work out about 40 to 60 minutes a day, six days a week. I am so much more flexible, my lower back pain is minimal now, I am SO much stronger and have stamina galore! Thank you for these workout videos! Thanks to you I am returning to the land of the living and looking forward to a great Summer full of fun activities. The scales aren't showing much but so what? That's not why I'm doing it. I can actually feel muscles where there used to only be fat and I can see a huge difference in the shape of my body. It's hard work but the payoff makes it worth it. If you're struggling, just modify it or keep moving through it by doing something you can do then try again next time. You'll get there eventually and you'll feel great! I know I do! :)

This is a really great exercise for beginners or even someone needing exercise but can't really do a lot because of certain restrictions. Thank you so much for posting this video, it is so so helpful!
