man the kettlebell raises are seriously ripping my shoulder and back wide apart i can feel them moving away from each other.. also my finger joints kinda feel dead after having to hold the 16kg kettle bell with one hand.. (i dont think it is good for your fingers)

Burpies are ok; mt climbers are ok, but I'm still improving my turkish get ups … very chalenging, but what doesn't challenge us doesn't change.

I must have missed this one in my FB's KB repertoire!  This was hard for me!  But I love KBs!  Even with dreaded Burpees!

    Yo yo… Wonderful vid.

My dad used to be a flabby. He remodeled himself from 293 lbs of pure fat to 204 lbs of massive muscle. Shit's outrageous! I just registered personally as I wish to expand my body. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Google it)…

While I like that you keep all the traditional kettlebell moves, I wish there weren't so many high-impact cardio exercises. I have messed up my knees due to various sports and can rarely find a cardio kettlebell exercise which don't make my joints crack.

Hello, I just started working out in the last 4 weeks. I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio and one of your yoga workouts. I want to start adding a kettlebell routine to my workouts. What weight would you recommend for a beginner who has never done anything with weights before?

This is a great workout!!! thanks!!! Also, what weight kettlebell would you recommend for a small female? I've been using an 11 lb kettlebell, but it is starting to get too light for some of the exercises.

try doing them with no weight or just holding a water bottle and if you still have a hard time just do a ( Half get up ) its the same thing but you don't stand up you just sit up.
Pretty much half a Turkish get up

Great kettlebell videos! Thanks. I couldn't in one for strength and mass building though, would you design a program for that differently, or just use a heavier bell?

  40. FitnessBlender

    March 5, 2016 at 7:03 am

You could either switch to a lighter weight, or do it with no weight at all until you get used to the motion.
