I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. Any time i do an upper body workout I get pain in the back of my neck, especially along the midline and in the place where the neck ends and the skull begins. Often i have to stop doing an exercise and wait until the pain subsides before i can continue. I'd be very grateful for any advice. Otherwise the workout is awesome as usual! Thank you, guys!

This is really great! I hate repetitive rounds, they are boring. I'm using this routine 2 times a week with 4kg in each hand and I have the results I wanted so thank you.
(obviously you can always use more weight if you wanna gain muscles..)

Guys, your workouts are great! I'm a big fan! I wanted to ask you whether it's possible to display a currently used weight of dumbells (or may be appropriate weight ranges for each exercize) in both pounds and kilos? I think it would be really helpful especially for your foreign followers 🙂 Thank you!

Hi!!! Little doubt here: I always train in the mornig, around 15-20 min after I have my breakfast. Normally I train for about 40-50 minutes. When I finish training I always ask myself if I should eat again or if I'm ok since my body is still absobing the breakfast. Any answer??? Tks soooo much! You make my life so much easier!

Just finished this workout using dumbbells for the first time! all these years of training with you guys I used water bottles, now finally got my dumbbells! they're only 1kg and 2kg pairs but that's fine for a start! you gotta start small don't you :)

I really like this workout routine as you can choose your level, thus not destroying my muscles as so many male orientated workouts try to accomplish.
