So if i jump rope on a daily basis do i still need to push a leg day at the gym? I mean maybe some leg exercises here and there but i really dont think its necessary a complete leg routine, is it?
Or for how long would i need to rope for it to be enough leg workout?

i do this routine about 5 times a week because i'm so busy working etc. that i don't have time to work out that much, therefore i love doing this to get my heart rate up and move! i love stretching and yoga afterwards so i get about 30-45 minutes of exercise every day (depending on the amount of time i have) – thank you so much!

Hey guys! I've been doing this routine regularly for a year and in fact I did most of your workouts. I was wondering if playing around with the interval lengths is a bad this? I've made my way up to skipping rope up to 20 minutes without stopping. So I generally do either 5 minutes of skipping. Thanks.

She might want to watch her pushups posture. The part where she arched at the neck & shoulders area while doing it. It's bad in the long run.
