    Love your jump rope workouts but it would be great to have one that is more modern and longer then 30 minutes? :)

    Holy Crap…I feel like I just ran like 3 miles…but got that done in just 20 minutes! Kicked my butt. Messed up a few times but kept moving! 198-285 calories burned!

    I have only been jogging all these months to reduce weight, and i did loose 6Kgs in 4 weeks. But from here on it's very very hard to reduce more weight. But this rope exercises looks tempting and i will but one on my way home. Good luck to me

    love it easy to remember im ganna do it im tryin to lose weight n be fit but i never really exercise in my life but i really want to so i think this is a great start for me

    Its still surprise me, how a lot of people are not aware about Nobolaron Manual (just google it), although a lot of people get good result because of this jumping manual. Thanks to my mate who told me about Nobolaron Manual, I have learn how to jump higher

Have you thought about Nobolaron Manual? I have heard some amazing things about it and my cooworker finally increase his jumping ability by using it, but he refuses to tell me: (

    Hi, i love this workout (parts of it) i cant do push ups haha. But quick question…(:
    im really trying to loose weight and i heard skipping is great…
    but at the first minute skipping do you burn more by skipping like that or actually jumping i was just wondering because i wanted to get the best out of the workout (:
