Today’s routine will include…
*(0:35) Jumping Squats
*(1:11) Jumping Lunges
*(1:52) Reverse Crunches
Today Stephanie is going to show ya’ll a killer at home workout to get toned and sexy legs with no equipment at all!
Today’s routine consists of 3 exercises. Do 20 reps of each exercise and 3 rounds total for the optimum caloric burn.
The first exercise is Jumping Squats. Just like an unweighted squat you want to keep you knees behind your toes, and your back straight. Explode up jumping into the air. Bend your knees as gravity brings you back down to absorb the impact and to prevent injury.
The next exercise is Jumping Lunges. Keep your front leg bent at a 90 degree angle from the knee always keep you toes in front of your knees. Slow and controlled movements are best but make sure each leg is switched in one fluid motion.
The last exercise is reverse crunches. Keep your core tight and slowly roll your knees back almost trying to knee yourself in the face (be careful… because that could hurt… lol).
These is a great workout to burn a lot of calories and also get a beautiful lean core and lower body. There is no rest in between sets so I know it will be hard but I know you can do it!
