    i have started this diet plan yesterday after reading all comments i was totally satisfied with this diet… i put on much weight after baby. now i am on 100 kgs ……..too much in-fact 🙁
    i have started this on 14/3/2016…. will update after 5 days.

    i started gym with weight 79kg on feb this year till now, just lost 4kg. no discipline in meal. 🙁
    so i will to start this diet tomorrow and I will have to learn to like green tea .

    I have started this Diet today I weigh 68.8kg I'm a 24 year old woman! I will give a 5 day update. I thought I would be very hungry but this diet really feels you up I had no hunger what so ever. I did some exercise HIIT training for about 30 minutes

    Can someone who's been on this diet share their experiences after reverting to normal food? Did you add weight back on? Or how did you manage to keep the weight off? I'm starting today at 66Kgs. My goal is 60Kgs.

    @Bashman11 – had reduced to 68 before I started this diet. This helped me break the plateau and I lost around around 6 kgs. Real fat loss, not just water weight.

    ok I did 10 days..I lost 20 pounds. I didn't eat the carrots and cucumbers because I was not hungry. I continued to lift weights. I was never hungry. this diet works!

    Im starting this diet today!! I weigh 86kgs Height about 5ft4 maybe 5ft 5 So im quiet Chubby 🙂 and i need to lose weight for my sisters 21st birthday coming up in 5weeks.. I will be adding in a few exersizing routines such as 10 situps a day 20 squatz and ill try get walks in aswell. Will keep you all updated.. Wish me Luck.. Do I just eat plain oatmeal with this diet plan for dinner or is it better to use your Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe. This is my only confusion on the diet. I hope to hear from you. Thank you.
