    Has anybody actually done this consistently and lost weight? If yes, please reply and give me details. I'm 13 (young I know) and I am looking for workouts to even oyt my stomach. I am what you would call 'thin' but I have a little belly fat under my belly button I guess you could say? I want workouts to burn that fat away because I really hate it.

    this one is better than doing 1 hour cardio workout like " zumba" .. i love it ! you will sweat alot and its only 20 mins ..

    I had to replace last 2 sidewinder mt. climbers to regular mt. climbers but I finished it! Had no problems with jumping at all though.

    Hey !
    I just started this workout this day.
    If I make this workout and others in two-three months, I can loss 8-10 kg?
    I have a good alimentation, and I am very focused to loss 10 kg.

    Almost couldn't complete this workout, did only 2-4 reps for each workout but still managed to finish everything including the cool down, hope I'm able to do more the next time I do this workout.. Overall this is a really great workout!! Was already sweating during the warm up lol! Thanks fitness blender!

    Does this seriously work? I'm 5'4 and I weight 164 .. over weight , I know. So I've looked up several videos and just need to know if this work and how many days a week is perfered .

    Damn i almost quit before the cool down thinking it was gonna be too hard, but I didn't, fought the urge and it feels so good knowing I finished this without giving up.

    Driiiiipping! Thank you! My macro/workout plan requires 35 minutes of a HIIT a week (and of course I neglected it ALL until my last day of the week..), so after these ten minutes, I plan to now go to one of Daniel's HIIT kickboxing videos.. wish me luck!

    I do this work out every day, two times a day! I just have fun with it. Sometimes I do the side winder mountain climbers, and then when it comes back to that I will just run in place as fast as I can. I just try to keep my heart rate up the entire time.
