    Does this work for anyone? Please let me know what workouts work for you. I know I can't spot reduce, but I'm trying to lose the fat from my torso (muffin top, love handles, bra bulge) and large legs (thighs especially). Is there anything you would recommend?

    Did anyone actually get abs by doing this 3 times a week with 2 days in between and eating a healthy diet?

    Thank you, my first try and this is hard work but I like it. How often should I do this? Minimum recommendations please? I do a lot of cardio from sports: I've got training and matches at least twice a week plus 1day at the gym. My abs are my target area (still chubby only there)…so how many times a week should I repeat this?
