    All days were fantastic! I can't choose one but maybe 2 and 5 were my faves. I thought it was very hard and I used light weights. I was VERY sore everyday! You guys are great. Modifications were perfect for the days when I could barely move. I usually do only a few, 1 hour workouts a week so I guess my body was not used to the one hour each time. Regardless…..LOVED it!

    i finished it! yay this one was ssoo hard and idk why i was so sore from yesterday or maybe it was from all 4 days, anyways thank you guys i love your vids ive been doing them for 2 months and i am losing weight so thanks.

    I did it, but must admitt with some excercise I had some problems. Maybe my age (nearly 67) is due to that. Next week I will start all over again.

    hey you two! Just wanted to let you know that I did all 5 workouts and earned my workoutcomplete each day.
    This was challenging but very fun and I'm happy that I pulled through. Thank you so much :)) See you next time !

    Also for reference I did feel sore and tired but once you start and finish you feel great. It was very manageable for me.

    I just want to thank you both for putting up this videos. I am 38 yr old and have never set foot in a gym, never exercised. Yesterday i completed the 5 days challenge and can't begin to tell you how amazing i feel. Not physically because everything is sore, but i feel accomplished. If you can, please advise: should i do the 5 days challenge again or do one of your other routines?

    Challenge completed! To be honest, not all 5 days after another, but within a week! And I feel so good! Thank you for this great experience 🙂 I will definitely recommend it AND will start the next 5 day challenge asap!!!

    Just finished day 5…like, literally JUST FINISHED and I am tired but energized. I have been using online sites for my workouts for a while (HAS Fit, Jessica Smith) and I have enjoyed this 5-day program far better than any others. It was challenging but the quick pace made it fun. I followed some of the modified exercises but was able to complete many of the harder versions as well. The strength training was my favorite part as it is something I have lacked in other workouts. I enjoyed the ease of your instructions (there were some exercises I have never done??) and I like the clean white background. I will continue to follow your workouts. My main goal is to tone up, lose a few pounds and get stronger. I play tennis and I want to be able to really move on the court and finally beat my 15-year old son! I am also an avid stand up paddler and hope to race this season. Need as much lower body and core strength as I can get! Thanks for the workouts!

    I usually never comment on YouTube (in fact, this is my first), but I think you guys really deserve a big THANK YOU. Just wanted to commend you for your amazing, clean channel, and I love that there is no annoying music in the background, or someone yelling around :).

    I have been doing a bunch of your free workout videos for a while, but found it hard to find one for a naturally slim person to gain weight & tone up. That's why I haven't followed any of the 8 week programs as they seem to be geared towards losing weight. This challenge was perfect for me – after 1 week I already see clear muscle definition, feel stronger, and have more energy in general. I will do this for 3 rounds and then see how I progress.

    As I said, my aim is to gain weight/tone up – I was thinking about doing the FBMass program after I'm done, but was wondering if you could recommend something that is more tailored for women?

    I just finished this one for the second time (I did the other 5-Day Challenge in between). At times I was yelling, "I don't want to do another lunge!!!" But overall it was great, and I feel good at the end of the workouts. WORKOUT COMPLETE!!! (Just north of you in WA).

    Completed!!!!! I liked it. There could have been a few extra seconds between HIIT exercises with weights. I've got the Bowflex adjustable weights and I was always starting a few seconds into the reps.
