    OMG the frog lift hw could u do it Kelli??!!!!!! its haaard I couldn't lift my legs for an inch from the ground :'(

    Bridges are one of the best glutes exercises. Love doing them.

    Just found out that the frog lift is easier doing in bed. I tried doing some leg raises and yoga in bed and it is more possible! Doing on the ground (or even on the mat) give my pelvis a great hurt.

    Sweat everywhere! Finished it all so I guess I can finally say I'm not a beginner :D. Those frog leg lifts are so tricky. It's either I'm just not flexible enough or I need to work up to it. And the pendulum swings. Oh so killer!!!

    I'll be back next Sunday lol. Keep up the good work Fitness blender :).

    Great workout! Subscribed to this channel a while ago but never used it. I plan to now (especially on days when I don't want to go to the gym). My legs are shot! Those frog lifts–feck!

    LOVE this workout! it is challenging but not unbearable. i feel the BUURN. plus i can do it at 10pm in my third floor apartment bedroom and no one notices!
