In this episode Stephanie and I are going to show you guys a killer workout for your entire upper body and CORE that can be done at home with NO equipment at all! Bikini and Board shorts season is right around the corner so lets get started to make sure your the most ripped person on the beach! Here’s how it works…

First we are going to start with 10 reps of plank punches. These are great for the CORE and even the shoulders. If it gets a little too hard in later rounds dont worry, just drop to your knees like Stephanie shows in the video! You never want to sacrafice form!

Next we are really going to get your shoulders and back perfectly shaped with bent over circles. You are really going to feel the burn in fast in your shoulders! Fight through it… I know you can! And remember its all going to be worth it when you have the best body at the beach this summer!

To finish off we are going to do some mountain climbers. These are again killer for the CORE but will also work your glutes and tones your upper body!

    I tried this work out really feel the burn on you're arms while doing mountain climbers. Im recovering from a knee injury this helps a lot to begin work out again. Of course you gotta eat the proper food to cut and tone you're upper body
