    Holy moly. First read-through, I discounted this as an easy butt workout and figured the calorie burn estimate was a mistake. I was panting after the first round. After the third, my legs are quivering and I'm drenched. There is a good amount of cardio in (and little rest in between) each of these exercises!

    wonderful 3 rounds, personally I don't do the chair 2 exercises, instead I switch to my fave lunges or/ bridge with alternate raised leg up.
    This is what is SOO great with these videos is the time line allows you to incorporate some of your fave moves if there is a particular move you don't like in the video. So NEVER be put off if there is a chair involved or weights, change it to what you like:) this video makes me sore the next day despite a good stretch afterwards.

    I don't have any chairs in my house that either don't have wheels or are low enough to the ground for me to step up on, or a bench or anything like that, so for the step up kick back, is there an equivalent move that I can do from the floor instead to get the same benefit? p.s. Love your workouts!!

    Hi guys, awesome videos! Kelli wauw, you've got one nice body, you look great! 🙂 I'm pretty happy myself too and I'm doing workouts to keep myself fit! I'd like my butt to stay nicely round and lifted, do these exercises boost the round shape of the butt or do they make it smaller? With all the squatting and leg raising I guess it'll boost the roundness, but I'm just asking to be sure 🙂 greets from a Belgian fan!
