    fitness blender I love your workouts. I'm not a fan of weightlifting at all and you've given me an option that I don't mind doing. very challenging.

    Yeah, okay. I definitely felt that ow! 😀 I was really hating it somewhere around 19 minutes in but I pushed through it, did a cool down after and now I'm loving the super relaxed happy feels haha. Thank you for the workout .xx

    Man that workout was intense.I had to stop 3 times but I finished it.I was sweating like crazy.I haven't sweated like that in awhile.

    These older workouts get me. Eight high-speed exercises leave me sweating and panting. Just when I believe I'm nearing the end of my workout, I learn I get to repeat that same thing TWO MORE TIMES. Haha.

    I love this workout.  The only thing that I miss is the tracker on the side of the screen and the calorie count.

    I was about to die when I did this and I even reached like the half of the video. So desperate I mixed it with some another workout cause I was unable to performe this whole circuit and at the same time I didn't wanted to workout poorly just like 15mins/ Thanks …. I see a new challenge

    So I'm a personal trainer and I love to look up body weight workout routines to gain new thoughts and ideas for my clients. Of course, I do the workouts too! Let me say, I did complete the workout and this was absolutely great. I actually feel like I got a good workout. It hits all the major muscle groups and accurately gets your heart rate up at the right times. Def not a beginner workout, but it's a great progressional workout for those who can do it :D
