    I'm with you guys since 2 awesome years. I've been doing at least 5 different workouts, but this one is the best for me so far in terms of balance. I started my 3d week (everyday routine) and can already see the progress allover my body! If you have something alike from newest workouts, please advise. Thanks!

    Sweat puddles on my living room floor. Yes, puddles. 3rd pass at this workout. Burpee push-ups and mountain climbers are still brutal.

    Workout 6 of my 8 wk program.needed to make a few modifications but still feel I worked hard. I expect it will be a lot easier as I progress so not beating myself up for not doing it exactly.

    Yep, the mountain climber round is still brutal. I had to do single-leg for the 3rd & 4th sets. The burpee push-ups are pretty rough, too! Quick, sweaty workout and I'm DONE for the day :)

    Wahuuu, HIIT day completed 😀 I found this one quite challenging and really had to fight my way through.

    The last exercise (mountain-…) killed me. My arms just gave out all the time x(. Great video!

    You guys should do more 8 Week Fat Loss programs for Busy People. An hour in the mornings for me to do the regular 8 week fat loss program sometimes leads to my boss querying why I was late. Can't tell her I was busy getting my gut to go down LOL

    I love the pyramid-style routines! The last group, mountain climbers, were the toughest for me. When I do mountain climbers, my hands always get so sweaty that it makes it hard to stabilize. Fingerless gloves might be a worthwhile investment.

    Great workout!! I do this every second day along with your cardio HIIT kick boxing on the other day, I'm already seeing greats results and I feel fantastic. I've never been able to find a workout I actually enjoy doing until i came along these, always leaves me dripping with sweat!!!

    THE most punishing workout I've ever attempted on Fitness Blender. All in preparation for my first 1000 calorie workout on Saturday. Strength is beauty.

    Hi, is there an alternative move to Burpees? I get sore wrists from doing them (had Carpal Tunnel and de Quervain's tendinosis releases cpl years ago)
