Any advice for what to do when you get winded and can't move forward with the routine? Right now I'm pausing the routine and catching my breath but sometimes it takes 5-6 minutes. Is that ok?

I love this a lot. It was hard for me but not discouraging at all. I rested twice by cycling on my stationary bike. I wonder if I should do this until i can easily get through the workout then graduate to another one. Thanks for sharing.

I know he said not to sit by the only way I could get though the video was to pause it, take a break then come back to it after resting. I'm very out of shape, I figured it's better to take a break and then continue then just giving up. Maybe in a few weeks I'll be able to do it all without a break.. Baby steps.

If I had seen these workouts when they came out in 2012, I'd be narrow as a plank by now. Like they say, the best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago; then next best time is today. HIIT happens!

How many times per week should i be doing this to lose weight?

    April 9, 2016 at 10:06 am

After not working out for a week or two, this was quite easy. Nice.

I think about this and I also think about the past… how everything has changed, before I used to say to myself:
Look at you, ugly and fat… UGLY AND FAT.
You wanna be pretty? Get rid of thar fat, that is ugly.

And everytime I was going to give up I just looked at myself and told me how ugly and fat I was, now I'm great. lol

And I know that's not the best motivation but, for a girl that was and still is kind of depressed.. it worked.

So, everyone can change, they just need to want it and work for it.
    That''s what I learnt, I guess.

I'm new to exercise and I absolutely love this workout! But I'm really thinking of making a lifestyle change and I'm planning to exercise every day. I've heard that it isn't good to just do the same thing for a long period of time, because then you'll just plateau. How long would you recommend I do this workout before moving on to something else, and what other workouts would you suggest for me as I continue to exercise? Is it intensity or time that I need to increase as I continue to exercise over time? I'm very new to fitness, so I don't know anything, but I would really appreciate any suggestions! :)

This was awesome and horrible all at the same time. I got lost in it which was something I really loved about it. I didn't know I was close to done and when it said congratulations you've finished this workout, I jumped and yelled yes. This was a great start to getting into HIIT workouts.
