How to make 2 nutritious and delicious breakfast smoothies in under 2 minutes each! You should know by now that I am not a morning person…and when I wake up, I need fuel, FAST. These are my ultimate go-to smoothies in the morning and they are PACKED with antioxidants, protein, vitamins, and FLAVOR! BOTH of these smoothies are VEGAN (sub whey protein for hemp or pea protein)

    I make a pb&j smoothie with frozen blueberries/raspberries/strawberries, plain greek yogurt, cacao nibs, pb, water & stevia. still trying to figure out how many oz to drink for breakfast though

    Wooow, this is so good! These only works out if you do excersice? Because I do a lot!, but I have to rest like two weeks because I had an accident , so I wanna know if this works out if I drink it and I´m not doing any excersise, I mean for the peanut butter :P

    I know this video is old, but I'm hoping you'll still reply. Is it possible to use too much cinnamon? I love cinnamon and I always put a lot in my smoothies and shakes.

    This is high concentration product. I like that. I can feel an increase in energy after taking the 6 capsules daily. I can see a thinning of the "puffiness" in my face and my shirts and pants fit looser. I can also fee a flatness in my chest tissue.     What can I replace for the Ginger ? Reason , is because I used to get up at 5 5:30 in the morning for work , and used to get Nauseous every morning, and my doctor gave me Ginger snap medicine to help keep the acid down , that didn't work , Actually made it worse . Now , I have a new job and ill be up at around 6 6:30 and Need a shake to go . but ginger won't help .

    for the first one, I'm brand new to the smoothie thing so I substituted the green tea for vanilla almond milk and it was amazing! i also added some kale so that I could get more nutrients since I lost some from not putting the green tea in.
