    These workouts are simply fantastic. I supplement my regular workout with 1-2 sessions of HIIT and an ab workout. Awesome work. Keep doing what you're doing.

    I had to do mountain climbers instead of lizard hops, my wrist hurt a loooot 🙁 but I pushed through with the modification and loved the workout… I swear FB is my addiction… you've helped get through a very sad breakup… you're my medicine! If I wake up feeling blue, after one hour of your vids I'm ready to have a great day and enjoy it all.. THANK YOU

    you people are best people in the world! these videos are worth millions of dollars and it must take a very kind heart to give all your efforts for free.
    but please if you can just answer yes or no, is it necessary to wear shoes while doing any of your exercises? i have a hard floor without carpet yet i have a habit of doing these without shoes.

    I do abs ripper x by p90x 3 times at week and 5 time stomach fat destroyer i gonna add this exercise ( 3 times ) did i work out alot for a teen ?

    Love this. After a couple times, it seems more like fun, and less like work. I've lost 23 pounds in the past 12 weeks, and these have helped me a lot!
    This is not, however, the best exercise to do on a hardwood floor that your 3-year-old just smeared peanut butter on (and forgot to mention).
