Red peppers in my country are the cheapest, wheres green ones are the most expensive ones. But some stores do sell packed pepper mixes with 2-3 different colours and they're usually cheaper than buying all of them one by one.

I'm so glad i found your channel and this video. My goal for the summer is to not necessarily lose weight but to be the healthiest me i can be and get toned. I am in no means wealthy so i like that you suggest items that everyday people who work and such can buy. The one thing My family and I never need to buy however are eggs we have 12 egg layers who produce organic all natural brown eggs.

Heidi I love you so so so much, you are by far my favorite youtuber and IG, I love how you promote the vegetarian fed eggs and everything, but how can you promote the cheap meat???? A thousand girls will watch that and buy cheap chicken which not only contains tons of antibiotics but dont you know how cruel the poultry industry is? Its everyones decision wether to eat meat or not but getting it promoted from their rolemodel …
I seriously love you to death but this is not cool… hope you read this!! <3

LOL, during a bird flu epidemic, there's a price drop on eggs and chicken (which are both TERRIBLE for human health BTW).
Soooo, she recommends it to the poor.
