    I thought I would just "get by" man I sweated thru my clothes! I didn't realize I was dancing so hard! Oh good ole disco music will do it every time! That was way too much fun!

    i've really liked it, it made me sweat actually a lot, but even if i'm not expert, i did it all without stop!

    Great video and I love the idea! But, quick question: is there no sound on purpose? Because I always count on hearing from you guys when to finish a set rather than looking at the video (try to avoid twisting my neck and such), so this makes the workout a bit more difficult for me…
    Thanks again for all of your amazing videos, I've been following this channel for years and you both are lifesavers :-)

    Hello, have you considered "BELLYfatTACK" yet? Simply do a Google search and you will spot bellyfattack.com On there you can find a valuable free video by a respected doctor revealing the best way to burn fat. It made it possible for Andre to burn his tummy fat. I will probably give it a shot. I hope it works for you too.

    You can do this 3-5x/week but you will get better results if you do it in combo with our other workout videos. You can definitely lose belly fat with our cardio & strength training workout videos.
