    3 min into this workout had me thinking of visiting a doctor since i have never breathed this hard in my life .. 10 mins in was all that i could do .. would try this again some other day hopefully i can do better :(((

    I am using this for a workout now but limiting my arm movements. I have 2 torn rotator cuffs.

    I'm 54 and recovering from a long illness, and this workout is perfect for me! I don't jump (can't) but I do everything else. Very good cardio too!

    Wow, this was tougher than expected! The long intervals and the constant focus on the legs forced me to push pretty hard through the routine. Well, nothing better than a good sweat :-)

    This is a great at home quick cardio workout. I consider myself a beginner and it was a little bit beyond my endurance level but I just toned it down a bit as I needed and still feel like I got a good workout. Like someone else said the moves aren't too complicated to be able to follow. I'm sure if I keep doing this I will be able to complete the whole thing without having to go a little slower than she does.
