    would I get good results without dumbbells? I actually don't have any .. but still sweating like crazy and muscles screaming like there is no tomorrow

    Hi fitness blender, I have a question is it ok to work out the full body every other day? and also my butt is flat will this help??

    I LOVE these workouts! I will be 60 in May! I can do most of everything still and am glad to be able to workout so that I can scuba, go on massive hikes (Half Dome in Yosemte), kayak and bike ride for miles!

    So I just started your 1st 8 week program for busy people. This video had me SO sore. It really came as a surprise. I'm in pretty decent shape & getting through the workout wasn't
    bad… But this morning (after doing this combined with the 5 minute kettle ball routine) my lower body is really feeling it! Glad today's workout will be up or body!

    What I like most about your workouts is that:
    1. there's no music. I can pick my own music, as loud as I want it to be, without having to listen to those annoying repetitive melodies workout vids usually have
    2. you talk just enough to keep me focused on the workout. Not too much, that tends to annoy me, and not too little, I tend to give up without a little encouragement!
    3. you don't scream. I hate when trainers go like "YEAH!!! WHOAAA!! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!! YEAH!!!!! HELL YEAH!!!!!" so both yours and Daniel's voice are really soothing and it's very nice to hear. It's friendly, like "Come one girl, you can do it! We're here with you!"
    4. You don't say stuff like "Just 2 minutes of this workout and you'll have the same body as my pumped sexy one that I brag about all the time!"
    5. You're just the best! Seriously!

    Just did this workout in my room (used 20 lbs plate) and no jump squats, just regular. My rooms on the second floor of my house so I dont want to shake anything. Almost skipped today's workout cause I'm lacking motivation lately. Proud of myself, now I can sleep lol

    Is this considered strength training? Can workouts be considered strength if there's no weights?

    I just finished this workout and I must say that it was challenging in some parts, as I haven't exercised in a while! However, I find it easier compared to your other weight-workouts.
    Thank you very much guys! Your work is amazing and I recommend you to everyone asking me for good fitness videos. ;)

    To be honest, when I read on the screen (and then heard from Kelli) that we would be doing 5 jump squats in between each set I was like "I can't do that!" "I'm not in enough shape to do that!"

    But I did it. I hated it as I was doing it, but I got the 5 jump squats and it seemed to get "easier" as I went 🙂 

    I do have a question though. How do I do ski squats when I can't really get my legs really close without losing my balance? Am I doing something wrong? Or do I have terrible balance?

    Warning side effect after completing workout: you are literally unable to stand on your own because your legs feel like jelly; side effects lasts nearly a week. My thighs especially, KILLER WORKOUT !!
