    This has to be one of the most sweat-producing workout of yours that I have EVER done. Haven't done it in two or three weeks but I'm going to right now for my leg day/high carb day workout.. I'm scared!

    My gym was closed. Was my leg day.
    I have to say I didn't miss my gym. This really felt awesome. Especially after the first part 26:09. I didn't rest at all tho.

    I did this workout yesterday and i was feeling pretty good after it and i thought: "ok the next time you could unse a little more weight at the end"
    So i wasen't prepared at all that my muscles are screaming at me today. It hasen't been like that in a wile.
    So compliment to you. Amazing workout!!!
