    Starting to get so annoyed with my body.

    I workout twice/three times a day 5 days a week and have a decent diet but I still can't get down lower than 20% body fat. Tired of seeing lower belly and thigh fat. If I eat anything less than 1600-2000 calories I get so tired where I can't even workout properly.

    FitnessBlinder this is the most amazing workout i have never seen this clever combination between strength and HIIT and this actually encourages me as a girl to make strength workouts … today i have done your 1000 calories workout and tomorrow i'm definitely doing this

    it looked so easy… then I did it and it was definitely not easy! it was quick though, so thank goodness for that! awesome workout!

    The first group absolutely killed me, as I was using a 25 lb. kettlebell. That wasn't even feasible for the pushup + row in the 2nd group, so I switched to the 5 lb weights. It definitely is a brutal workout, but it's done before you know it!

    woah…COMPLETELY exhausted and drenched in sweat. I underestimated it because I saw that it was less than a half hour but holy cow, I'm 100% beat! Great workout as always, Kelli and Daniel!
