    It's amazing! Thank you guys it's been just 10 days and I can see an improvement in my butt it's more lifted and a little rounder. I am really skinny and I had no butt(my weight is 110 lbs). Also I've been using 4,4 lbs weights and not eating clean or something like that just eating 2 hours before working out and also my stomach is flatter and my muffin top is smaller too!

    Idk about the ski squat.. It must be hard on the knees .. How can you avoid all the pressure going to your knees?

    I completed the workout without any pause today. I'm super happy. Though my feet & thigh is truly tired & sore, still i know that I have done this for the best. thank you guys for this fabulous workout.

    Hi, i have a question , will these make my hips wider and get rid of my hip dips? Also, can i do them 3 or 4 times a week? Pls somebody answer me lolol… Btw I loved your videos❤️

    i didn't stop because my legs hurt, i stopped because my lower back went numb. is my form just incorrect? it doesn't happen during volleyball conditioning and i have that almost everyday. please tell me if its my form or something else. thanks!

    Started out getting sore from this just from 5 pound dumbells. Now Ive progressed to deadlifting 60 pounds and squatting 30. This workout is helpful, hope to keep progressing!

    good routine, I did it after the abs routine (called "Home ABS Workout – EFFECTIVE Exercises & Full Abs-Routine") and it was pretty intense for a beginner (was sweating towards the end even when using slightly lighter dumbbells)….looks like a good combo to do with abs on one day
