    I've been doing butt workout without weights but I thought that those only tone and firm, so I decided to do with weights which makes the butt bigger. Am I right of thinking that? Should I jump into it with the weights or continue practicing without weights?

    I only made it to 12 mins on Tuesday and I'm so proud of myself that I was able to finish it lol it kicked my ass! But I'm so proud that I got my Workout Complete :D

    this is my favorite butt workout ever. I tried many others and just cardio at the gym and with this one I burn the most calories, my muscles are shaky and I am loving it! Love you Guys!!! x

    This was such a good workout . I feel so proud of myself now . For those who wonder wheather to do this or not , I strongly recommend this . It's hard at times but it's sooo worth it .I loved it

    hey Kelly, this was a very hard workout, but i love it! There are a lot new moves in and they are great;) Thats my favorite leg workout and I do it twice a week:)

    The title wasn't kidding..brutal workout for sure..and even though I can't walk today. . it was the BEST lower body workout! thank you! once I can walk again..I'll be onto my next fitnessblender workout!!!

    THIS was amazing, such a sweat worked up! I do think you should have the little demo pop up right at the start of the rest period however, i often have to pause more to get to grips with the form of an unfamiliar movement, extends the wo time a fair bit and lowers the cardio pump through rest. Xx

    This workout is INSANE. I don't think I ever sweated as much in my life. It was like I had been running in a marathon all day. The best thing is that this kind of workout doubles as cardio..my heart rate got as high as when I do hiit. Strength training is the best!
