1 weird tip to lose fat:
Everyone, today, Sanela and I will be doing a killer lower body and core workout. You could do this workout without any equipment and it’s super effective.
This routine consists of 6 rounds of 2 exercises each and here’s how it works.
First you are going to do 20 reps of unweighted wide stance squats. This squat stance is really going to tone and firm your hard to reach inner thighs, glutes, and hamstrings.
When I do this exercise I like to keep my hands on my hips. But if you want you want to try it at a more difficult level, place you arms straight out in front of you during the entire routine. This will really tighten up your core and burn some extra fat calories.
Next you are going to pivot your foot one at a time, one hand to the floor and extend your other hand to the ceiling and hold for 20 seconds. This is actually a power move used in yoga called the warrior 2 pose.
The warrior 2 pose with strengthen your legs shoulders and core. Also this exercise is great for increasing your flexibility.
I know I only show you 3 rounds, but I want y’all to go for 6 rounds for maximum toning and firming. It’s going to be tough, but I know you can do it. Believe me, do it a couple of times and you’ll see results fast.
With so much emphasis with burning belly fat and upper body toning, we tend to forget about our lower body development.
It’s very important that we build a balanced and symmetrically body, not only will this make us look more pleasing, it will also make our daily bodily movements a lot more easier and create less stress on our joints.
Developing the lower body can be one of the most challenging part of your fitness program. Your legs and butt, (lower body) make up to 70% of your body weight. So it’s very important that we develop a sculpted muscular lower body to in increase our natural metabolism.
