Not that you look at comments at your old videos, but for what it's worth. . .  You obviously edit out your own prep and transition time that you need between exercises.  But viewers at home cannot keep up when you do this; remember we are watching real time, and we also need prep time.  You improved a little over the years where in more recent years you don't cut out your own transition time as much.

Hello, have you considered "MuscLeader" (look on Google)? On their website you will find a good free video showing how to pack on notable muscle easily whilst dropping unwanted fat simultaneously. James or many other guys like him experienced great success making use of this methodology. Perhaps it will work for you also…

You keep things fresh. I'm always thinking of ways to make exercise fresh and you hit it! With my knee problems this workout gives me a strengthening program that works with my limitations.

I want to add muscle mass to my legs. I am currently using 15 kg dumbbells for this workout. How many times a week should I do this workout? And are there any other (at home) exercises for legs you would recommend? Thanks.

I notice that you mentioned 'hamstring drops' for those who don't have a physio ball. What are hamstring drops?

It is cuz women can't bulk up like men 🙂 I'm a girl and lifting the heaviest I can and I'm only getting lean and toned …there's nothing ''manly'' lol

  28. MahiyaBorden

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

Is it okay for a woman to do this? I want to lose fat through strength training and gain lean muscle. I don't want to bulk up.

could you give me a list of workouts to help me out in basketball?

  34. DANizDTL

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

Are adjustable dumbells as accurate as traditional dumbells? If I had a 30 pound dumbell in one hand and adjustable on 30 in another, would it be the same or would one be heavier then the other?

This will help you lose weight but if you are doing things to drop weight, it will make it very hard to add size/muscle tissue.

  37. FitnessBlender

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

It's all completely relative to the person who is lifting the weights.

  38. amesdo

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

hi!! how many kg are you using on the weights? how many are necessary to add mass? what are considered light weight and what high weights?

  39. FitnessBlender

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

You can, keep in mind though that that added muscle is what boosts your metabolism and helps keep you lean!

  40. dominae operamini

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

I don't want to add muscle I want to to tone, so can I just use lighter weights? thanks

  41. FitnessBlender

    February 3, 2016 at 4:54 am

Depends on what you mean by "less weight" – it's really all relative to what you can lift.
